<image:title>Home - How often should you service your bike?</image:title>
<image:caption>This will depend on how often you ride it and in what conditions. It is a good idea to get a general service every 12 months, and a tune up and safety check every 6 months, but this depends on how much you ride, and what kinds of conditions you're riding in. Heavy riding, high mileage, rain, mud and dust all require more frequent servicing. Not riding a bike can also lead to issues. A lot of bikes need servicing if they have been stood still for too long, as brakes and gears can seize, chains and bearings dry out and tyres lose pressure.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Home - Are your gears working?</image:title>
<image:caption>There’s no point in having all those gears if you can only shift into 3 of them! Crash or transport and storage damage can lead to mis-shifting, as can wear and tear. Book in for a gear service and return to a full range of smooth shifts.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Home - What’s stopping you?</image:title>
<image:caption>If your brakes are lacking in performance or making odd noises, then you will benefit from a brake service. Pads will be checked and aligned, cables or fluid replaced, rotors cleaned and straightened where possible and calipers cleaned and aligned correctly. Confident braking means confident and faster riding.</image:caption>
